I offer education and on-going support. Sessions with me can be focused on: Kundalini Yoga, lifestyle rhythm to support health and yoga practice, diet to support yoga practice, Remedial Yoga.
$75/hr Is the cost of individual 1-hr consultation sessions. $45 is the cost of private 1-hr yoga sessions. (For semi-private sessions, add $10 per person.) I never turn anyone away because of their financial constraints, and often consult with colleagues and mentors. We can meet periodically, or multiple times a week, depending on your needs. I typically recommend setting a regular schedule for the first 90 days. Sessions can be held online, or in person if you are local to me in Italy.

I am partnered with colleagues to teach teachers and practitioners. We can create custom certificate programs (through the International Institute of Ayurveda), which consist of 70 hours or more of combined live / self-paced classes. Contact me to create a schedule.
30-minute or 1-hour sessions: We use yoga practice to challenge your body, mind, and spirit. If you are in good physical health, we will continue to improve all body systems.
Diet for Yoga
Certain dietary choices support a healthy body for yoga. We can review your kitchen supplies, go over recipes, and tailor sustainable solutions that fit for your life.
Unstable rhythms can lead to a decline in health. We go over adjustments and adaptations to lifestyle rhythms that are sustainable with family, work, and other life considerations.
1-hour sessions: Yoga practice is adapted to accommodate health concerns. You get the benefit of an improved body and mind, and the alleviation of many types of pain.
We meet in your kitchen (also available via video-call) to cook/bake together, stock your pantry with foods that support your practice, and answer kitchen related questions.
We go over what your health/healing goals are, and I assist you in refining how you would like to accomplish your goals and what tools you have available to you.
